After achieving a first-class honours degree in Garden Design at the University of Greenwich in 1999, Claire established her own business and has since worked on a range of projects from city roof-tops to overgrown suburban back gardens.

During her degree course - the first of its kind in the UK, Claire had the privilege of working with John Brookes MBE, at the renowned Denman’s Garden near Chichester. She has also kept in touch with her old college and has been asked back on several occasions to be a guide and mentor to new students.Claire’s passion is planting. She excels at finding the right combination of plants for the environment in conjunction with the client’s personal preferences and requirements.
